Ordered and received replacement battery 2 weeks ago for pool sea scooter that is a year old. Battery arrived and is defective, so I notified Nautica Customer Service the same day I received the battery, requesting replacement or refund. I have been in constant contact with their Customer Sevice Rep for 2 weeks and they have not resolved the problem. The company's actions leads me to believe as a customer they do not stand behind their product, which is proprietary. So, I will never recommend this company to anyone based on the horrible service and lack of professionalism I have received from them. If this statement is public avoid purchasing product from them until they respect their customers and stand behind their products and accessories.
